Last week, TASI closed at 11,121, up 0.72%, continuing its gradual climb higher.
At first glance, this looks encouraging.
But if we zoom out, the market is still trading within the same broad range that has been in place for months.
The difference is that TASI is now approaching the top of that range.
That's a positive sign.
But it doesn't mean a breakout has happened yet.
🔹 11,150–11,200 is the key resistance zone right now.
The index briefly moved toward this area during the week but failed to break above it. A strong move above this zone could signal that buyers are gaining control.
🔹 10,900 remains the important support level.
As long as TASI stays above it, the overall sentiment is likely to remain positive.
🔹 11,700–11,800 is the bigger resistance zone.
If the market continues to strengthen, this could become the next major test for buyers.
The market is slowly getting squeezed between support below and resistance above.
This kind of setup doesn't last forever.
Sooner or later, the market usually makes a stronger move in one direction.
For now, patience remains key.
The trend is improving, but the market still needs to prove it can break above resistance before investors can confidently call it a new uptrend.
The smarter move is to wait for a clear and sustained break of these key levels before becoming more confident in either direction.
Until then, investors should stay patient and let the market reveal its next move.
