The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, founded in 1978, operates vessels for cargo transportation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It operates in four segments: Oil, Chemicals, Logistics, and Dry Bulk. The company provides technical ship management and logistics services, agency activities for maritime shipping companies, cargo clearance, and other marine transport activities. As of December 31, 2023, the company’s fleet consisted of 88 owned vessels and 10 under lease contract vessels, including 38 large crude-oil carriers, 36 tankers in the spot market, 6 tankers under charter agreements, 6 RoCon vessels for logistics, and 11 vessels for dry bulk transportation.
