The Saudi market ended last week on a stronger note.
The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) gained 1.21%, closing at 10,954.
But the bigger story is not the weekly gain.
It is where the market has reached now.
TASI has bounced strongly from the 10,400–10,500 support zone, a level that has once again attracted buyers.
The recovery is encouraging.
But the real test starts here.
TASI is now approaching the 11,000 mark.
We have highlighted this level before because the index needs to break above it and hold for the current recovery to turn into a more meaningful bullish move.
So, there are two possible paths from here.
If TASI breaks and sustains above 11,000:
The recovery could gain further momentum, with the next potential targets around:
🔹 11,500
🔹 11,700–11,800
But if TASI gets rejected near 11,000:
The recent recovery could lose momentum, and the index may pull back toward the lower levels again.
The 10,400–10,500 zone would then become important once more.
The market has already shown that buyers are willing to step in near support.
Now, we need to see whether those buyers have enough strength to push TASI through 11,000.
For now, the message is simple:
10,400–10,500 is the floor.
11,000 is the test.
A sustained move above 11,000 could open the door to 11,500 and beyond.
That would strengthen the bullish case and could make buy-on-dips a more attractive strategy.
The reaction around 11,000 could set the tone for the next move in TASI.
